This is the page you get when you click “HOME”.
And for that, “HOME” should be more defined.
Well, HOME began in Acomb, York (Yorkshire, UK) where I was born, back in 1973.
From the age of three HOME became Newcastle Upon Tyne, aged eight I got my first computer and aged fifteen I attended my first comedy gig (Lenny Henry, supported by Richard Morton).
At 19, HOME switched to Liverpool, where I studied Information Technology and American history; Lee Evans, Bill Bailey and Richard Morton played my freshers night, not a bad gig at all.
From Liverpool a short move to Stockport, then a slightly longer one to London to work as a computer programmer.
After a ten year career working my way up the slippery corporate poll for UNISYS, IBM, and Coutts & Co I decided to switch to a small company with big dreams “Alchemy” believing it to be the next GOOGLE.com, even though I knew that domain name was taken.
The I.T. crash happened, the little company under and I took up comedy. Three years later I gigged with Richard Morton and discovered that he’s not only funny, but also a darn nice chap.
HOME is now Melbourne, Australia where I reside with my Wife and daughter, working full time as a touring comedian and Computer comedy specialist, performing tailored shows on IT for events and festivals alike.
